Nursing leaders are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Manager position with Liberty Healthcare.
This is a key management role with new statewide initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a largescale critical incident, grievance and complaint management system for Home and Community-Based Services provided to older adults, vulnerable individuals, and people living with disabilities.
Responsibilities- Hiring, training and supervising a team of 10 human services professionals
- Quality oversight of incident management, grievance review and complaint resolution activities
- Ensuring the efficient and effective processing of a high volume of cases
- Providing clinical leadership
- Consulting on complex cases
- Data analysis and reporting
- Supporting the program's Director with various leadership activities
- Leading with a focus on the best interests of the people we serve
ScheduleYou will work primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
This is a remote position which will allow you to work from your home and will occasionally require you to travel throughout Maine.

Skills & Requirements Qualifications - Licensure in Maine as a Registered Nurse
- Residency in the State of Maine
- 5 or more years of nursing leadership experience
You should be well versed in these areas:

- Critical incident management
- Medicaid Home and Community Based Services
- Person-centered care of older adults and people who are living with disabilities
