How you'll make an impact in this roleManage catheterization lab services activities, workflow and nursing resources.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services in a unit. Develops and
implements policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services in a
unit. - Ensures departmental compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor and adhere to budgets. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart
Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience AND 1 year of cumulative
leadership experience required.
