Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Regulatory Excellence: Ensure total unit compliance with all accreditation and health-care regulatory standards.
  • Talent Management: Lead the full life-cycle of staff hiring, training, and professional development.
  • Operational Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve systemic issues to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
  • Policy Architecture: Develop and implement clinical procedures to maximize departmental efficiency.
  • Fiscal Stewardship: Manage unit budgets and oversee expenditures to ensure long-term financial health.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart
    Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.


Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience AND 1 year of cumulative
    leadership experience required.
