Responsibilities
Assess residents' health and develop individualized care plans tailored to their ongoing needs.
Administer medications and treatments, including wound care and IV therapy.
Monitor patient conditions and document any changes or concerns.
Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence when possible.
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and other care providers to ensure coordinated care.
Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
Respond to emergencies and advocate for resident safety and well-being.
Required Qualifications
Current RN license
BLS (other certifications as required by facility)
Two years of recent Long Term Care RN experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills
