Hourly Pay Range:

$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Full Time:  Full time/40 hours
  • Hours: Day/Night Rotation [redacted]/[redacted] /[redacted] and [redacted]: holiday and weekend rotation

    What you will do:

    • The RN House Operations Administrator (HOA) serves as the highest‑level clinical and operational leader on duty during their assigned shift when senior leadership is not on site. The HOA provides hospital‑wide oversight of clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response.
    • Acting in the interest of the organization, the HOA exercises independent judgment and has the authority to interpret and enforce policies, provides direction to team members, direct clinical and operational activity, resolve complex issues, allocate resources, and make real-time decisions necessary to ensure continuity of safe, high‑quality patient care across all units.
    • The role functions as the central decision‑maker for real‑time operations, support frontline staff, coordinating interdepartmental activity, and maintaining situational awareness of capacity, acuity, and resource needs.
    • When circumstances require additional review, investigation, formal follow-up, or action related to a team member’s performance, conduct, or employment status, the HOA partners with the appropriate supervisor, department leader, Human Resources, and/or chain of command to ensure matters are addressed through the proper process.
    • The HOA escalates clinical, operational, safety, staffing, or employee-related concerns to the appropriate leadership chain as needed based on urgency, risk, scope, or organizational policy
    •  Leads the hospital’s response to clinical emergencies, including RRTs, Code Blue, and other critical events.
    •  Conducts safety rounds to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.

    What you will need:

    • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Certification: Current CPR Certification (issued by American Heart Association). Current ACLS Certification (or obtained within 90 days of hire).
    • Experience: Minimum of three years of progressive nursing experience, with at least two years in a formal or informal leadership role (e.g., Charge Nurse, Team Lead, Supervisor).
    • Experience in a critical care or high-acuity setting is highly preferred.
    • Unique or Preferred Skills: Experience in a critical care or high-acuity setting is highly preferred
