Schedule: Day shift | Full-time

Salary range: $94,223.00 - $133,015.21 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Assess & Plan: Identify learning needs, competencies, and teaching tools for an assigned service or population, leveraging in-patient case management and bedside hospital experience.
  • Develop & Implement: Design and execute educational plans, programs, and instructional materials tailored to staff and patient care needs.
  • Evaluate: Utilize specific methods, measurements, and tools to evaluate the achievement of learning goals and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate & Record: Partner with nurse managers and staff to facilitate activities while maintaining accurate educational records and reports.


What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
    transfer date required.
  • Preferred Credential(s):
    • Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:
