How you'll make an impact in this role- Lead the development of clinical standards and care plans, acting as a strategic resource to empower nursing staff and elevate patient outcomes.
- Direct the implementation of therapy programs, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are secured for a safe, effective healing environment.
- Support team excellence through active supervision and mentorship of nursing staff, fostering a culture of clinical accountability.
- Maintain an Active RN License and clinical leadership experience to ensure all patient care journeys are documented with precision and regulatory integrity.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Clinical: 3+ years as an RN with Athena EMR knowledge.
- Technical: Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, reporting, and PowerPoint.
