Shift: DaysThe Registered Nurse (RN) Will:- Independently assess, develop, and implement care plans for patients with complex medical and psychosocial needs.
- Perform high-quality patient triage using strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Establish patient-centered care plans and adjust priorities based on changing patient needs.
- Promote health, wellness, and preventative care for cardiac surgery patients.
- Support acute and chronic disease management through education, monitoring, and follow-up.
- Conduct point-of-care testing and quality assurance activities as needed.
- Build trusting relationships with patients and families while recognizing cultural, social, and individual factors that impact care access and outcomes.

- Shift: Days
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Weekend Requirement: None
- On-Call Requirement: None

Required Skills- Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current AHA BLS/CPR certification.
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with physicians, providers, staff, patients, and families.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills- Cardiology, cardiovascular, or cardiac surgery clinical experience.
- Experience in ambulatory or specialty practice nursing.
- Strong patient education and care coordination skills.
Education:Diploma in Nursing (Required)
Certifications:Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, Registered Nurse - State of Massachusetts
