• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FMCSA, CSA, DOT, OSHA, and other regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain regional safety programs and policies.
• Deliver safety training to employees, drivers, and independent contractors.
• Partner with terminal leadership to identify risks and improve safety performance.
• Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and accident investigations.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
• Support regulatory inspections and maintain accurate safety documentation.
• Stay current on industry regulations and best practices.
