Responsibilities

  • Source and close new prospects effectively.
  • Communicate prospective client needs to WEG advisors for tailored solutions.
  • Adhere to corporate communication strategies and compliance standards.

Full Job Description
we have an opportunity for a Regional Vice President (Partner Programs) to join our team. This is a business development role working directly with our custodial partners, prospective clients, and WEG advisors in an assigned territory. The primary goal is to close and successfully transition clients to a WEG Advisor. This role offers excellent growth opportunity with a high-performing team, as well as a remote work environment. Candidates should reside within the territory (Boston Area / New England).

We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. The expected pay range, in the first year, for this RVP position is $225,000 - $250,000 annually. This range reflects a base salary and variable compensation; the company in good faith believes it would pay in this range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation within this range will depend on your qualifications, skills, and credentials, educational and professional experience and actual compensation will depend on your productivity and sales numbers and can be below or exceed the range. A full benefits suite is offered, including health and dental insurance, 401k retirement plan, paid time off and other benefits.

Primary Job Functions

Manage relationships with Schwab and Fidelity Financial Consultants and Branch Managers
  • Participate in sponsored events, branch meetings, client events, etc.
  • Educate on WEG's resources, value proposition, solutions and services
  • Conduct regular presentations on WEG's capabilities
  • Educate and communicate various investment strategies and solutions


Source and close prospects
  • Educate custodial clients on the WEG financial planning process
  • Profile and understand prospective client needs
  • Engage and communicate prospective client needs to WEG advisor


Ability to partner, educate and work with WEG FAs across the country

Participate in Wealth Enhancement trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and proficient in advisor/client facing technology

Adherence to the Wealth Enhancement's Corporate Communication Strategy and in good compliance standing

Education/Qualifications
