Pay range: $200,000-$220,000 annually, depending on experience.
Location: Preferred location within the OR, NV, ID, UT or Northern CA areas.
The Mission Healthcare Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for driving the business strategy, achieving company goals, growth, leading an operations team including clinicians, business trends and ensuring that company policies and standards are being met by each of the identified business centers. The RVP will manage their assigned territories and establish/maintain a collaborative working relationship with all departments and designated agency leaders.

- In addition to the critical management and leadership tasks listed above, this role also includes the following unique responsibilities:
- Responsible for the hiring and retention of agency administrator(s)
- Aid in the review and analysis of financial, clinical, and operational performance indicators.
- Responsible for filling in for Agency Director/Administrator in the event the position is vacant.
- Develop and implement effective clinical and business plans.
- Work with location leadership to ensure effective report management and interpretation of key performance indicators.
- Attract, develop, and retain key talent at our locations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in applicable field. Master's degree preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN/PT/CRNP/MD/DPT licensed preferred.
- Valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal and State regulations and requirements that govern hospice and home health agencies.
- Proven ability to maintain good regulatory compliance and clinical outcomes.
- Proven ability to in staff development and mentoring.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
