Catalent’s Kansas City facility is home to our Oral & Specialty Drug Delivery, Biologics Analytical Services and Clinical Supply Services businesses.
We have an opportunity for a Regional Supervisor, GO, US to join our team. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with a focus on operational excellence and compliance. You will manage regional priorities, lead teams, and ensure timely execution of deliverables. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work across functions and time zones.
The Role:
- Serve as regional supervisor for assigned area and collaborate with two other regional supervisors globally.
- Oversee three departments: pre-production, pre-distribution, and master data.
- Lead daily priority discussions with teams and sites within the business unit.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to support departmental growth.
- All other duties as assigned.
The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience. APICS certification preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinical trial materials, supply chain, master data, pre-production, pre-distribution, project management, or related operational functions, including prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent‑sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience.
