Regional Site Director - Austin, TX

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Regional Site Director to manage day-to-day clinical research activities at assigned sites in the Austin, TX area. This role involves direct supervision of Clinical Research Staff and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.

Schedule:
  • Flexible core hours (8:00 AM-4:00 PM or standard Austin office hours)
  • Approximately 30% travel required


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day clinical research activities, ensuring efficiency and quality services.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Director on study management.
  • Conduct protocol feasibility assessments and collaborate on budget creation.
  • Manage participant recruitment, enrollment, study visits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise clinical research staff.
  • Evaluate techniques for quality control, perform annual performance appraisals, and provide feedback.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, training sessions, and communication among staff.
