Regional Sales Manager, Oncology

The successful candidate must be based in Ontario.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of oncology sales representatives to achieve sales and performance objectives.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to maximize growth and market penetration.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and relevant healthcare stakeholders.
  • Ensure execution of brand plans and field initiatives in alignment with business strategy.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and implement action plans to address gaps.
  • Collaborate with marketing, medical, market access, training, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and industry codes.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous development of team members.
  • Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and territory plans for leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Diriger, encadrer et développer une équipe de représentants des ventes en oncologie afin d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de performance.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de territoire et de comptes afin de maximiser la croissance et la pénétration du marché.
  • Analyser les tendances du marché, les informations clients et les activités concurrentielles afin d'identifier les occasions et les risques.
  • Établir et entretenir de solides relations avec les professionnels de la santé, les leaders d'opinion clés et les autres intervenants pertinents du secteur.
  • Assurer l'exécution des plans de marque et des initiatives terrain conformément à la stratégie d'affaires.
