Regional Sales Manager - Western US

We are looking for qualified candidates for the role of Regional Manager for the

Western Region that encompasses all states west of the Mississippi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of our industry and customers within the region, have a strong technical background, and have experience managing sales professionals along with working with an extensive distribution network. This position will require recruitment, development, and management of direct sales personnel and/or manufacturers' representatives, to provide the appropriate sales coverage in the region. Ultimately, this position is responsible for the level, composition, and quality of our product sales.

Salary - $90,000 - $100.000 base pay plus commission based on sales volume
