The Regional Sales Manager is key to achieving Morgan's sales targets and accelerating growth in the region
What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:- Own Your Region: Develop and execute sales strategies that grow revenue, expand market share, and uncover new business opportunities.
- Build Lasting Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with fleets, distributors, leasing partners, and customers while serving as a trusted resource throughout the sales process.
- Drive New Business: Identify, pursue, and close opportunities across the medium-duty truck market, from prospecting through delivery.
- Be the Product Expert: Provide customers and sales partners with expert guidance on truck body specifications, applications, chassis, pricing, and competitive solutions.
- Support the Full Sales Cycle: Coordinate quoting, order entry, chassis, scheduling, delivery, warranty, and customer follow-up to create a seamless experience.
- Strengthen Distributor Success: Partner with distributors on sales opportunities, customer calls, training, programs, and ongoing business development.
- Connect the Customer to Morgan: Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and internal teams to translate customer needs into the right solution and resolve issues quickly.
- Deliver Results: Manage your territory with strong organization, market awareness, product knowledge, and a focus on customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

What You Bring to the Table:- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the medium-duty truck, commercial vehicle, fleet, or related market.
- Sales Experience: Proven ability to develop relationships, generate new business, and manage complex B2B sales opportunities.
- Customer Focus: Strong relationship-building skills with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand customer applications, specifications, pricing, competition, and market opportunities.
- Organization & Execution: Ability to manage multiple customers, opportunities, orders, and priorities across a regional territory.
- Problem Solving: Resourceful, responsive, and able to navigate challenges while keeping customers and projects moving forward.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Travel & Driving: Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets Morgan requirements and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Physical Requirements:- Step into a dynamic office role where you'll stay seated for eight hours with the freedom to sit or stand as you work. Move around comfortably on level surfaces, reaching high and low above shoulder heights and below the waist to organize files and materials with care. Safe lifting skills are key as you occasionally handle files or computer printouts up to 25 pounds.
