Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develops sales plans and coordinates marketing strategies for sales management team within assigned region/country wide for a given portfolio or TA
• Works with regional management to establish strategy and tactical approach for generating sales in support of corporate strategies and objectives
• Manages all aspects of regional business and optimizes marketing resources to drive sales results
• Coaches sales team, providing timely feedback, direction and guidance to ensure effective sales efforts
• Helps secure and maintain customers through high level customer contacts
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
• 6-8 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with special focus on sales and/or marketing
• 3+ years experience in field sales
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
• Demonstrated leadership/team management experience
