What You'll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will lead growth initiatives across your assigned territories and act as the primary liaison between Fleurco and our rep network. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and managing strong relationships with independent rep firms and agency networks, positioning Fleurco as a preferred premium supplier. (12-15 days of travel per month required)
- Expanding Fleurco's presence and growing the customer base.
- Networking and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Conducting regular account reviews to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
- Participating in ongoing sales planning processes - daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
- Analyzing market trends, competitive activity, and industry shifts to provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensuring clients receive exceptional service supported by deep product knowledge.
- Maintaining up-to-date understanding of Fleurco's premium product portfolio.
- Coaching, educating, and following up with independent reps to help them meet growth targets.
- Supporting marketing and brand awareness initiatives to enhance market visibility.
- Delivering ongoing training and support to independent reps.
- Tracking agent activity and performance to ensure progress against goals.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working within the builder, developer, or hospitality segments - including multi-residential projects, hotel renovations, and new construction opportunities. This experience is an asset and can significantly accelerate success in the role.
