  • Engaging directly with customers and partners to support solution-driven opportunities and drive deal progression
  • Developing and supporting a partner ecosystem across North America, including system integrators, OEMs and ISVs
  • Contributing to the development of routes to market, supporting both partner-led execution and direct sales activities
  • Managing sales cycles from discovery through to proposal and closure, with support from senior stakeholders where required
  • Maintaining CRM discipline, pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy across all opportunities
  • Working closely with Product Management, Engineering and Marketing to support solution positioning and market adoption
  • Monitoring market trends, customer requirements and competitive activity to support ongoing refinement of the vertical approach
  • Representing HID in customer engagements, partnering interactions and industry events within the Energy, Utilities & Construction space.

Your Experience and Background include:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business is advantageous.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in sales or business development within Energy, Utilities & Construction markets, or related industrial environments
  • Proven track record of driving new business and achieving growth targets in solution-based sales environments
  • Experience with RFID (HF and UHF) and industrial AIDC solutions is a strong advantage
  • Experience selling integrated solutions, combining hardware, software and services into operational workflows
  • Ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor, managing opportunities from discovery through to close within a defined vertical
  • Experience working with or supporting partner ecosystems, including system integrators, OEMs and technology partners
  • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders, including operations, engineering, IT and procurement functions
  • Strong understanding of field operations, safety-driven environments or infrastructure-heavy workflows
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering and Marketing teams
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in evolving and sometimes ambiguous environments.

What we can offer you:
  • Competitive salary and rewards package
  • Competitive benefits and annual leave offering, allowing for work-life balance
