Position Summary: This position is responsible for the sale of our product ranges which serve chemical dosing and dispensing applications in the markets of: janitorial & facility cleaning, food processing & service environments, industrial manufacturing, and many others!
Within a defined portfolio of one of Hydro's key account locations, specifically across the Eastern United States, this role requires the ability to quickly develop customer relationships and serve as the expert for the application of Hydro solutions within our customer's facilities.
This position is supported by operational resources dedicated to the US market, including technical sales support, sales operations support, and product management. The ideal candidate will be located within the U.S. Eastern region
with experience traveling within the region 50%+ of the time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Execute on defined processes for communication with customer's sales partners via phone and email, to initiate relationships, schedule trainings and appointments, deliver in person trainings and joint customer visits, along with in person (cold) on site visits (OSVs).
- Take action on defined target accounts (customer locations) and customer partners, which may include, but is not limited to, communications with Facility Service Reps, Uniform Sales Reps, Product Sales Specialists, Key Account Managers, and operational functions within the customers in order to travel to locations, and be the face of Hydro & Customer at customer presentations.
- Act as the expert on the customer's market and business strategies, and is the recognized "voice of Hydro" to our customer.
- Customer Relationship Management System (CRM):
- Continuously document communications within PSG Hydro's Customer Relationship Management Software, Salesforce, before and after every commercial interaction.
- Collect and analyze Salesforce data and Salesforce reporting, and, after documenting sales activities, provide insight into what activities are valuable in supporting the customer's sales organization, and which activities should be discontinued.
- Provide regular feedback to the Hydro Cintas Account Team, Americas Sales Director, and others.
- Passion for Results:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and locations to exceed target budgets, deadlines, and sales quotas via account planning and execution, cross selling, and competitive positioning
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline which supports the growth goals of both the customer and the Hydro organization.
Qualifications/Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, communications or other related discipline is required.
- 2+ years outside B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to build and manage collaborate customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels within an organization.
- Experience, willingness, and ability to continuously travel 50%+ of the time, equating to approximately (approx. 6-10 overnight stays monthly).
- Experience with CRM systems like salesforce.com as part of daily work and standard responsibilities.
- Ability to be flexible in a dynamic market which will include both immediate/urgent and long sales cycles.
- Experience driving revenue across a portfolio of multiple account locations.

Work Arrangement : Remote
Pay Range: $91,218.00 - $110,000.00 annually
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
