Qualifications and Detail about the Position
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and closing sales to achieve quotas. This position plays a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Essential Functions
• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new customer relationships and revenue opportunities within the assigned territory, with a focus on expanding Brock's market presence and driving profitable growth
• Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
• Understand client needs and proactively suggest solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to best service client needs and resolve issues
• Helps to prospect and identify new business opportunities
• Present products and services to potential clients
• Closing sales and securing new accounts
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Act as liaison between operations and the customer, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Manage and update CRM for regional sales team
• Monitor and track sales KPIs, providing updates to leaders
• Provide reports to leadership on sales activities and performance
Working Conditions
• Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard and shop locations.
• Working indoors in an office environment
• Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary.
• Frequent travel as required

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
