Job SummaryThe Regional Sales Manager drives profitable growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer and channel relationships, and delivering results across an assigned territory, segment, or vertical. This role operates as a strategic individual contributor, balancing long-term account planning with disciplined day-to-day execution to support business objectives and customer outcomes.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Sales Strategy and Execution• Develop and execute territory or account plans aligned to business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth through pipeline development, opportunity management, and disciplined closing activities.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales, profitability, and growth targets.
Customer and Relationship Management• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs and position solutions that deliver value.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, and business reviews with clarity and professionalism.
Business Performance and Analytics• Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and business plans to support decision-making.
• Use CRM tools to track opportunities, activities, and account progress.
Cross-Functional Collaboration• Partner with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance, to deliver customer solutions.
• Support go-to-market execution, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
• Align internal resources to meet customer and business needs.
Operational Excellence• Execute sales processes and tools with discipline and consistency.
• Resolve customer issues and support high levels of satisfaction.
• Identify risks early and escalate with recommended solutions.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, depending on level.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Travel RequirementsThe range for this position is $83,300.00 to $140,000. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant's experience and geographic location.
