Position SummaryReporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for driving new business development throughout the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to generate new business and achieve sales and gross margin targets.
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new opportunities while building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, consultants, architects, contractors, facility managers, and channel partners.
- Deliver consultative security solutions by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored products and services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and identify cross-selling opportunities across Gunnebo's complete portfolio.
- Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and Technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and identify opportunities for continued business growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline activity while monitoring market trends and competitive developments.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the security, construction, building technologies, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success generating new business and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling integrated security solutions, architectural hardware, electronic security systems, access control, locksmith services, or secure storage solutions is considered a strong asset.
- Established network within commercial real estate, institutional, healthcare, government, education, or industrial sectors.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer operations and develop value-driven solutions.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and territory planning skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
