Summary:
As an Individual Contributor, you'll be the face of BASIC in your territory - building and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agents, brokers, and financial professionals.
You'll sell:
- Benefit Accounts (FSA, HSA, HRA, Lifestyle & Fringe)
- COBRA Administration
- Compliance Solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of B2B sales success - preferably in benefits, insurance, or compliance
- Experience with consultative/relationship-based sales
- Valid driver's license for partner visits
