We9re seeking a
Regional Safety Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and implementing InServ9s safety policies and programs across assigned projects and sites as needed. This role ensures full compliance with InServ, client and regulatory safety standards, including federal and state guidelines. The manager will lead safety inspections, promote a culture of safety, and serve as a key liaison for health and safety matters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct routine site safety audits and prepare audit reports using Safety Reports software
- Provide onsite coaching to employees on safe work practices, aligned with company standards and federal guidelines.
- Monitor safety critical tasks and collaborate with contractors to ensure best practices are being implemented.
- Advocate for the client9s safety interests and maintain open communication regarding site health and safety.
- Report safety incidents promptly and accurately.
- Properly use all required personal protection equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe and hazard-free work environment in accordance with jobsite guidelines.
Requirements: - CHST certification required within 1-2 years of hire
- Minimum of 8 years of safety experience in industrial or construction environments
- OSHA 30, 510 and OSHA 500 certifications are REQUIRED
- Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Experience: The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Root Cause Analysis and Incident Investigations, the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating manuals, and procedural documents. Should be skilled in writing clear and concise routine reports.
