Full Job Description
About the job: As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and provide medical cares for persons served and to ensure that all medical-related services provided are essential to, or helpful in, the promotion, maintenance and restoration of health and well-being of each person served. Starting salary is $93,600 per year.

Essential job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Follow proper nursing techniques when giving injections, blood draws, suppositories, catheter changes, wound care, etc.
  • Ensure medications/treatments are properly given/done.
  • Comprehend Individual Risk Management Plan and reporting procedures.
  • Provide medical in-services/training as requested by supervisor.
  • Teach and retrain Medication Administration Program to unlicensed personnel as needed.
  • Provide reliable, prompt and complete information to supervisors.
  • Be available for person served emergency and non-emergency situations and be willing to answer questions by phone concerning health care of persons served.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Currently holds an unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
  • Completes required continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of PCS.
  • Must pass DHS background clearance.
  • Must have valid driver's license and meet company driving criteria.
  • Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language while conducting company business.
