What you will enjoy doing*- You will participate and support agency, customer audits and any internal compliance program assessments
- Facilitates location quality meeting activities, including the review of Quality Organization Chart(s) and QA Reviewer activities
- You will list customer complaints and internal non-compliances in the Master Control Quality Incident Reporting database (QIR)
- Ensures that all quality incidents are properly investigated, documented and closed in a timely manner
- You will manage compliance training and implementation
- Addresses all action items from assessments (corporate, business, self-assessments, agency, customer)
- Maintains Management of Change (MOC) procedures
- You will implement required changes to Operating Procedures and Standards
- Attends regular QA conference calls and meetings, and acts of communicated guidance
What makes you great - You have 4-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years Industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), FDA regulations, and ISO quality management systems
- You are proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You demonstrated ability to work independently
- Ability to travel 40-60% within the LG&E East region
- You have the ability to work flexible hours

Pay Range: $90,000-$132,000
