Job Description:

The Quality Manager provides regional leadership for quality, product safety, and regulatory compliance programs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, applicable regulations, and internal quality standards. This role partners closely with plant leadership and site quality teams to strengthen quality capability, drive consistency in execution, and support continuous improvement across the region. The position also serves as a key resource for troubleshooting product and process quality issues, supporting audits, and providing technical guidance and coaching to help sites improve overall quality performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regional leadership for quality systems, product safety, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to company standards and applicable regulations.
  • Partner with plant teams to develop, implement, and sustain quality programs, processes, and performance standards.
  • Monitor quality performance and identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities related to products, processes, and systems.
  • Lead or support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and resolution of product, process, and compliance issues.
  • Provide technical quality support to plants, including troubleshooting system-related quality issues and supporting product-related concerns.
  • Support preparation for and participation in internal and external quality audits, helping ensure readiness and follow-through on findings.
  • Coach, train, and develop plant personnel and less experienced quality team members to strengthen capability and drive consistent execution.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for questions related to quality systems, product safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, regulatory, and other partners to improve quality outcomes and standardize best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 8-12 years of relevant quality experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Prior experience supporting multiple sites or regional quality activities is preferred.
  • Leadership or people-development experience is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methods.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve product, process, and compliance issues in a structured and practical way.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across sites.
  • Experience using testing equipment and interpreting quality data as needed.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards, including ISO 9001; familiarity with additional ISO standards is a plus.
  • Quality or engineering certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $108,400.00 - $184,600.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between110,000.00 to150,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
