Full Job Description
You will:

  • Provide leadership and management of project teams, ensuring all work is executed in accordance with company standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts with owners and subcontractors, manage subcontractor bidding processes, and oversee job start-up activities including documentation and system setup.
  • Coordinate permitting requirements with municipalities and building departments, addressing project-specific code considerations and compliance issues.
  • Develop, manage, and adjust project budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and invoices to ensure financial and operational success.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work; conduct site inspections and job walks to support accurate estimating and project execution.
  • Oversee quality control and supervise field leadership, ensuring construction progress, safety standards, and design specifications are consistently met.
  • Monitor project performance through weekly meetings with Project Managers, reviewing milestones, performance objectives, change orders, and key decisions.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation, including WIP/WCE reviews, executive reports, and operational data tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support efficient project delivery and strong communication.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned, and ensure consistent attendance and reliability.

  • 10+ Years Relevant construction experience in leading high performing teams
  • High School Diploma (required); College Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
