Regional Portfolio Manager - Community Associations
On-site Full-time
Lake Worth Beach, FL

The Opportunity
We're looking for a Florida-licensed Community Association Manager ready to take on a regional leadership role - running your own portfolio of communities while supporting and training other managers across the team.

What You'll Do:

Portfolio Management
  • Oversee a portfolio of community associations
  • Handle rule enforcement and violations
  • Manage owners and residents
  • Source, supervise, and evaluate vendors and contracts
  • Run board and annual meetings
  • Build and manage association budgets
  • Review financials and code AP entries
  • Process unit sale/lease applications promptly

Regional Support & Leadership
  • Serve as a go-to resource for other property managers in the region
    • Act as a point of escalation for cross-portfolio operational issues
    • Lead training sessions on legislative updates and operational best practices
  • Conduct client check-ins
  • Support business development - including client pitch meetings and onboarding new associations

Requirements
  • Active Florida CAM license, held 2+ years (required)
  • Experience managing a community association portfolio
  • Solid understanding of FL condo/HOA regulations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle competing deadlines
  • Available in-office Monday-Friday
  • Comfortable learning new property management software
