Job Title: Regional Performance Lead & Projects

Location: Morristown, NJ/Swiftwater, PA
Hybrid Work Schedule and 10% of travel expected

In collaboration with the Head of North America Market Supply Chain (NAMSC), the role drives the full North America Market Supply organization forward relating to performance across its teams and projects. It is a strategic role that acts as the primary point of connection with global teams, particularly for ad hoc and strategic initiatives. The role leads key cross functional programs that are important and highly visible at senior levels, including preparation for and participation in Global Business Reviews.

A core mandate of this role is to look across all areas of Market Supply-Demand Planning, Regional Logistics, Transportation, Customer Engagement, Customer Fulfillment, Finance & Budget Planning, Compliance, Internal Controls (audit preparedness and adherence), and Strategic Planning & priority setting-and act as the "glue" that builds, connects, and operationalizes KPIs to deliver on our performance commitments. Additionally, this role is also forward looking, connecting dots across transformation initiatives, including North America network design, DSCSA (serialization), NDC related changes, and other advancements requiring strong analytical rigor and strategic thinking.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Supply Chain North America Regional Performance Lead & Projects is reporting to the Head of North America Market Supply Chain Head and is responsible for leading and managing the performance of across the different US and Canadian market supply chain activities.
  • Responsible for setting goals & performance targets, and conducting performance evaluations, and providing improvement opportunities
  • Accountable for implementing initiatives and strategies to improve performance and efficiency
  • Helps ensure a high performing business that runs efficiently, compliantly, and under a high level of control. Activities focus on performance KPIs, analytics and reporting, cost control, problem solving, project delivery, and tight collaboration with other functions.
  • Focus on making processes, people, and performance better by managing complexities and ad-hoc requests, and freeing the broader team to focus on core supply chain tasks.


Key Accountabilities

Drives and supports monthly performance reviews across all NAMSC functions
  • Preparation and presentation of monthly performance reviews.
  • Monitoring and following up of country performance for all SC KPIs (e.g., Service level, OTIF, SPA, MAPE, etc.)
  • Alerting Region SC Head and Supply Chain GBU Heads in case of deviations or trend changes, enabling to mitigate associated potential risks
  • Leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement in the regional supply chain


Accountable for implementing processes and strategies to improve performance and efficiency
  • Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the supply chain
  • Develop & execute action plans across Region, focusing on performance improvements in areas such as Service level improvements, growth enabling and cost reduction
  • In coordination with team, surveys across GBU's (e.g., delight survey) to identify customers satisfaction and drive improvement plans
  • Focus on making processes, people, and performance better by managing complexities and ad-hoc requests, and freeing the broader team to focus on core supply chain tasks.
  • Define action plans and follow up to strengthen tools, processes, and team capabilities.
  • Build custom reports/dashboards to communicate insights and trends; perform root cause analyses.
  • Develop and implement scripts, macros, and other automation to simplify repetitive tasks.


North America Scope & Strategic Partnering
  • In collaboration with the Head of Supply Chain, North America, support decision-making, priority setting, tracking and execution.
  • Support the full North America team by orchestrating resources, resolving cross functional issues, and accelerating outcomes.
  • Act as the primary liaison with global teams (and relevant regional/central teams) to align strategies, surface NA needs, and drive execution for ad hoc and strategic projects.
  • When needed, represent/stand in for NA leadership in global forums, steering committees, and governance reviews.


Cross Functional Program Leadership (Senior Level Visibility)
  • Lead key cross functional projects that are important and visible at senior levels-including preparation for and participation in Global Business Reviews.
  • Establish and run program governance (charters, milestones, RAID management, routines), stakeholder management, and change management.
  • Drive end to end impact across Demand Planning, Regional Logistics, Transportation, Customer Engagement, Customer Fulfillment, Finance & Budget Planning, Compliance & Internal Controls, and Strategic Planning.


Foresight & Transformation Agenda (Forward Looking)
  • Scan and orchestrate the North America transformation roadmap, including future network design, interaction with global teams for control towers, DSCSA/serialization, NDC related changes, and other technology/process advancements.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and business cases; translate strategy into executable roadmaps with clear value realization.
  • Anticipate risks and dependencies; proactively align stakeholders and secure resources.
  • Support transformation of the organization and change management activities


Compliance
  • Good Distribution Practice (GDP): Partner with local teams to ensure compliance with local and global Quality requirements.
  • Internal Control: Proactively ensure compliance across Demand to Cash and Internal Control guidelines (including systematic documentation collection).
  • External Audit & Reporting: Partner with Finance and stakeholders to build a proactive, auditready posture.


Business Continuity Planning
  • Partner with the Head of NAMSC to build/support robust Business Continuity Planning that addresses key risks via process design, training, and backup plans across the North America footprint.


Work across team to make Cost Control a Focus and Baseline for Organization
  • Support the Supply Chain budget process (forecasting, variance analysis, productivity tracking).
  • Work closely with Head of Regional Logistics to look at cost and service performance related to 3PLs and transportation providers -track activity, benchmark against contracts, and raise POs as needed.
  • Partner with Finance to look at cost across the business to see where we can continue to look for optimization within our structure and develop & execute action plans with all teams in NA to focus on performance improvements in areas such as Service level improvements, growth enabling and cost reduction


Ad Hoc
  • Lead and support various initiatives as they arise-especially those with cross functional impact, senior visibility, or global interface


About You

Skills/Expertise/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and relevant experience in the supply chain / manufacturing industry
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in relevant industry
  • Experience being able to influence or managing cross-functional or global teams

The salary range for this position is:
$150,000.00 - $216,666.66
