Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills are essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially engineering groups.
• Experience in business finance, planning, and sales strategy development is needed.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with distributors and end-users.
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned region to meet with clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for growth in parts sales.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and other regional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Understand and analyze business finance and market trends relevant to the industry.
