As the Regional Operations Manager at Butler Plus, you will bring a dual commitment to serving our customers and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees. In this role, you will drive profitable sales and operational excellence within our serviced multifamily communities, overseeing a team of District Operations Managers, Area Supervisors, and Butlers. This candidate should be flexible and possess a leadership approach that yields high performance from each team member, while also excelling in attracting, hiring, and retaining exceptional talent. The Regional Operations Manager should have the ability to lead impactful meetings, manage operations, coach team members, and inspire a customer-centric focus to excellence across all aspects of our service. This position will integrate industry best practices into our operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position will need to have an understanding and ability to lead initiatives aimed at elevating the customer experience and exceeding service expectations, while also optimizing processes to streamline operations and reduce costs. The role is remote however, must reside in Denver, CO or Los Angeles, CA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 3 Service Trend Analysis: Review service data to identify patterns, operational challenges, and areas for improvement. 3 P&L Monitoring: Track profit and loss metrics to ensure operational financial health and sustainability. 3 Expense Optimization: Monitor and review operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement corrective measures. 3 Performance Oversight: Conduct performance evaluations for District Operations Managers, ensuring alignment with service delivery and organizational goals. 3 Growth Strategy Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales team to analyze growth potential, operational feasibility, and readiness in new areas. 3 Onboarding Coordination: Work with the Client Success team to plan and execute seamless rollouts for onboarding new communities. 3 Customer Insight and Resolution: Analyze customer service trends to identify recurring issues and ensure they are addressed with proactive solutions. 3 Perform other duties as assigned. 3 Embody our core values: Figure It Out, Champion of Change, Do the Right Thing, never 'Not My Job', and Expect Excellence Position Requirements: 3 Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience of two to five years. 3 Proven track record of success in operations management, preferably in a leadership role. 3 Deep understanding of high levels of hospitality. 3 Experience managing multiple locations or regional operations. 3 Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills. 3 Strong work ethic with a focus on quality improvement. 3 Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with coworkers, employees, and customers. 3 Self-motivated and resourceful, able to work independently. 3 Collaborative team player mentality. 3 Must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance with a good driving record. 3 Comfortable working in outdoor settings and walking distance of a property. 3 Capable of lifting 50lbs, bending at waist/knees, lifting bags over the shoulder, climbing up/downstairs, and driving for extended periods. 3 Flexibility to be on call during daytime and evening hours and adapt to changing priorities. 3 Flexibility to periodically travel out of state as needed.
