Your responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of field installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Assess installation requirements to guarantee the right staff, tools, and equipment are in place for success.
  • Oversee ECAM's fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained, inspected, and compliant with all regulations.
  • Collaborate with it, the monitoring center, and third-party vendors to resolve on-site hardware and software challenges swiftly.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier technicians across the region.
  • Prioritize and coordinate projects to maximize team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, setting clear expectations and evaluating performance.
  • Deliver engaging training programs on ECAM processes, products, service standards, health & safety, and certifications.
  • Set clear performance goals, conduct reviews, and address issues constructively to support professional growth.
  • Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement, empowering employees to enhance customer experiences.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on support during installations when needed.
  • Address customer concerns strategically and safely, ensuring solutions are implemented efficiently with minimal overtime.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination, reduce rework, and maximize satisfaction.
  • Identify, source, and manage the tools, equipment, and parts needed to support high-quality, timely installations.
  • Oversee warehouse operations and coordinate transportation logistics for nationwide deliveries.
  • Contribute to the annual field operations budget and track performance against financial and operational goals.
  • Deliver clear, actionable updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of experience relating to the above-described duties
