Regional Operations Director

Location: North Carolina Charlotte Market (Travel Required)

CoreLife is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Director to lead operations across multiple clinics in our Charlotte, North Carolina market. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

As the Regional Operations Director, you'll oversee the operational performance, growth, and success of multiple clinics while coaching Office Managers, driving key performance initiatives, and partnering with clinical and executive leadership to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

Oversee the leadership of multiple clinic locations to ensure operational excellence and exceptional patient care.

Coach, mentor, and develop Office Managers while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Monitor clinic performance using KPIs and operational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans.

Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention of operational team members.

Partner with Human Resources on employee performance, coaching, and development.

Coordinate staffing and clinic coverage to ensure efficient operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and operational best practices.

Maintain data integrity within EPIC, Mozzaz, and other operational systems.

Build strong relationships with clinical teams, referral partners, and leadership to support continued market growth.

Travel regularly to clinics throughout the assigned region to provide leadership, coaching, and operational support.

Serve as a backup Office Manager when needed.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of healthcare experience

2+ years of leadership or management experience

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Experience analyzing data and using metrics to improve performance

Comfortable working with EHR systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Ability to travel throughout the assigned market

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Management, or a related field

Business development or physician relationship experience

Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes

CPR certification
