We are seeking a compassionate and strategic Medical Director to provide clinical leadership, mentor providers, and strengthen partnerships with MedStar hospitals and referring providers throughout the region.

What You'll DoAs Medical Director, you will:
- Lead and mentor physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff
- Drive clinical excellence and evidence-based patient care
- Serve as the primary liaison between CoreLife and MedStar hospitals
- Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and development
- Optimize clinic operations, workflows, and patient outcomes
- Collaborate on strategic growth and business development initiatives
- Promote a multidisciplinary, patient-centered care model
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards

QualificationsRequired: - Licensed Physician with active DEA and Controlled Substance credentials
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Primary Care or related specialty
- Proven clinical leadership experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Preferred: - Obesity Medicine certification
- Experience in value-based care or multidisciplinary healthcare models
- Passion for preventive medicine and chronic disease management
