Full Job Description
Description & Requirements

The Regional Sector Marketing Leader supports their region's assigned sector group across all aspects of marketing and business development. Responsibilities include aligning with National Sector Plans (NSPs), Consulting Marketing Strategic Plans (CMSPs), and regional strategies; developing and tracking action items; managing marketing budgets; planning and participating in conferences and trade shows; leading strategic client and prospect pursuits; executing Forvis Mazars-hosted events; developing advertising strategies; and driving thought leadership initiatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador across all markets within the region
  • Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency with national sector and consulting marketing teams and firmwide strategies.
  • Actively engage in meetings, communications, and idea-sharing committees.
  • Partner with Office Managing Partners and sector/consulting marketing leaders to support local and regional marketing needs.
  • Work with RSLs and MSLs to define and track strategic action items aligned with NSP goals, reporting progress to the RMP.
  • Manage regional campaign lists and results; maintain proposal data and statistics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional associations to increase visibility and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Amplify national thought leadership content (e.g., FORsights™) through regional channels.
  • Monitor and manage regional marketing expenses.
  • Support the development and execution of regional growth initiatives.
  • Use internal reports to provide data-driven insights to RSLs, MSLs, RMPs, and NSLs.
  • Collaborate on strategic target lists and implement client acquisition strategies.
  • Lead strategy sessions for key client and prospect pursuits.
  • Maintain regular communication with the National Sector Marketing Leader to ensure alignment and share best practices.
  • Guide strategy and execution for internal and external conferences and events.
  • Manage and post content on Forvis Mazars social media platforms; distribute ready-to-use content to regional teams.
  • Collaborate with RSMLs, NSMLs, CMLs, and RMLs to enhance relationship-building efforts and follow-up activities.
  • Leverage and promote Forvis Mazars MBD resources.
  • Educate and hold teams accountable for driving sustainable growth.
  • Travel to office locations to build strong relationships and support regional initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems
  • Prior experience in a professional services firm
