Job Description

QIMA is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager - North America to own and drive marketing performance for our consumer product division. This role is responsible for turning market priorities, technical capabilities, and commercial objectives into focused marketing programs that strengthen QIMA's awareness, generate qualified demand, and support revenue growth.

This is an individual contributor role for a marketer with strong knowledge of technical B2B services and a clear bias for execution. Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry will be especially valuable. We are looking for someone who can develop clear positioning and go-to-market plans, while also rolling up their sleeves to build campaigns, create content, collaborate with sales and build measurable revenue impact from marketing programs.

Reporting to the Sr. marketing manager, you will work closely with commercial, technical, and global marketing teams to deliver practical, high-impact marketing programs that generate visibility, support pipeline growth, and improve commercial effectiveness.

What You Will Own

NA marketing strategy
  • Own the end-to-end marketing performance for your region, connecting strategy, execution and pipeline impact.
  • Translate market priorities, service strengths, and commercial opportunities into focused marketing plans with clear objectives and measurable ROI.
  • Track performance across campaigns, channels, and sales outcomes, using insights tooptimize investment, improve conversion, and support revenue growth.

End-to-end execution across campaigns, events & webinars:
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns from strategy and messaging through launch,optimization and reporting.
  • Turn regional and global priorities into campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, inpartnership with Web & Data engineers, Demand Gen and Brand teams.
  • Track performance against pipeline and revenue targets, using results to adjust tacticsand improve ROI.
  • Plan, budget and coordinate North America tradeshows, events and webinars, includingsourcing relevant opportunities and speaking slots.
  • Lead regional webinar delivery and manage pre- and post-event activity, from promotionand registration through follow-up and evaluation.


Qualifications

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with ownership of campaigns, events, ABM programsand/or regional marketing plans
  • Proven ability to manage regional strategy, budget and execution, while driving programs that support pipeline, revenue and ROI.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to partner with sales leadership, global and local marketing teams, and internal business stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with strong marketing acumen and fresh,practical ideas
  • Self-starter mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Native English speaker.
