Role Overview

We're looking for a commercially minded Regional Marketing Manager, North America to own the marketing strategy and execution for our growing US business.

This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role with real accountability for pipeline. You'll work closely with our North American Sales and BDR teams to build regional demand through field programs, ABM, partners and customer advocacy.

You won't just run events. You'll help decide where we invest, how we engage enterprise buyers, and how marketing contributes directly to growth.

What success looks like

You'll:
  • Drive measurable North American marketing pipeline.
  • Build a strong quarterly calendar of high-performing regional programs.
  • Create and accelerate enterprise opportunities alongside Sales and BDRs.
  • Grow partner-attributed pipeline.
  • Build a continuous flow of customer stories, advocates and references.
  • Become a trusted, proactive marketing partner to our North American commercial team


What you'll do more concretely

Regional growth
  • Build and execute the North American marketing plan against regional pipeline goals.
  • Lead high-impact programs across trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars and targeted ABM campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Sales and BDRs to create, progress and accelerate enterprise opportunities.
  • Localize global campaigns and messaging for US enterprise buyers.
  • Coordinate with our US PR agency on media opportunities, podcasts and speaking engagements.
  • Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI to continuously improve where we invest.


Partner marketing
  • Develop joint campaigns, webinars and event activations with strategic partners such as Mercer, WTW, ADP and Microsoft.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Maximize MDF opportunities and co-marketing investment.
  • Build scalable campaign kits that partners can activate independently.


Customer advocacy
  • Own the North American Customer Advisory Board and develop a strong network of customer advocates.
  • Turn customer success into compelling proof points through case studies, videos, reviews and event speakers.
  • Build a customer champions program that strengthens peer advocacy and creates new commercial opportunities.


What you bring
  • 6+ years of experience in field, regional, partner or customer marketing within enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • A track record of owning or directly contributing to regional pipeline targets.
  • Strong experience partnering closely with Sales and BDR teams.
  • Proven success running enterprise events, executive programs, webinars and ABM campaigns.
  • Experience in partner marketing, customer advocacy or both.
  • Confidence using data to measure pipeline, campaign ROI and marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in HR Tech, HCM, compensation, payroll, FinTech or another complex enterprise software category is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America.
