Do you have experience searching for candidates in the Northeast Region? Are you skilled at exploring different sources to connect with people?
We're looking for a recruiting resource to:
• search and approach candidates through various channels
• build and maintain professional relationships with candidates
• gather data and market intelligence to help recruiting and hiring managers make better decisions
• contribute towards continuous improvement of sourcing methodologies
• maintain data integrity and help expand talent pools in our databases
Your team
You'll be working as part of the National Recruiting team supporting the Northeast Region. You'll work closely with the Regional team, Market Executives and Market Directors as well as the National Recruiting Team. You'll play an important role in identifying and sourcing the best talent for specific open positions, confidential initiatives, competitive market mappings, succession planning initiatives and proactive talent pooling
Your expertise
• ideally 10+ years in Wealth Management roles, specifically recruiting on the business side
• good understanding of Wealth Management and the Financial Advisor role
• passion for data gathering and information sharing
• great communicator
• confident in proactively approaching prospect candidates
• multitasker, well organized
