EquipmentShare is looking for an experienced
Regional Manager to guide the growth and operations of our
Temporary Structures division, playing a key role in building and expanding this emerging line of business. The ideal candidate has a strong background in temporary structures, industrial services, or construction logistics, and can effectively balance client needs with operational execution and profitability.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day project planning and execution, including site assessments, permitting, installation, and equipment removal.
- Coordinate with logistics teams, field crews, and safety personnel to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and support equipment maintenance and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing business opportunities within industrial sectors such as oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, and large-scale construction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and procurement teams to support ongoing and future projects.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure equipment availability and support project execution.
- Supervise and support a team of project coordinators and field personnel.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to promote employee development and operational excellence.
- Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment.
- Assist with departmental budget tracking, project cost management, and revenue performance monitoring.
- Track key operational metrics and prepare regular reports on project status, productivity, and financial performance.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable safety regulations, environmental requirements, and client-specific standards.
- Participate in risk assessments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and safety.

Skills & Qualifications - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time required
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong ability to communicate with colleagues across departments, with direct reports or with executive leadership
- Natural leadership skills and desire to take ownership of work
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and wearing lots of hats at work
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship of a Visa
Education and Experience- 5+ years of leadership experience in the equipment rental industry
- Background in tent, structure, or modular building rentals
- Knowledge of OSHA and relevant safety standards
- Experience in coordinating with industrial construction sites
