Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience in mortgage sales preferred, with operations background as a plus.
• Minimum three years of related experience in the mortgage industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Windows software is required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Branch Managers in a specified region or geographic area.
• Coach and motivate Branch Managers to achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Guide Branch Managers in planning and executing new sales and marketing strategies.
• Generate reports to monitor Branch performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant government and private sector policies and guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends in real estate and mortgage banking as well as company procedures.
• Monitor, evaluate, and recommend changes to branch policies and procedures at a senior management level.
• Formulate strategies, forecasts, and necessary reports.
