  • Monitor, evaluate, and recommend changes to branch policies and procedures at a senior management level.
  • Formulate strategies, forecasts, and necessary reports.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee Branch Managers for the region or specific geographic area
  • Coach, motivate, and support Branch Managers to ensure growth, profitability, and expected production goals for each Branch
  • Guide Branch Managers in planning and implementing new sales and marketing programs in the region
  • Generate necessary reports to track Branch production and effectiveness of the region's marketing programs
  • Maintains working knowledge of federal, state, and local governments' and private investors' policies and guidelines
  • Maintains strong familiarity with national and regionally specific current trends in the Real Estate and mortgage banking industries as well as the company's operating policies and procedures
  • Monitors, evaluates, and recommends to senior management changes to branch-level policies and procedures
  • Formalizes strategies, forecasts, and reports as necessary
