Full Job Description
SUMMARYThe Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation, profitability, compliance, and safety of all warehouse and field operations within the designated region. This leadership role ensures the implementation of company standards, goals, and objectives across all districts. The position serves as the primary liaison between the corporate office and field locations, promoting operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and staff development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages the profitability of the designated region, including timely preparation and submission of financial reports required.
  • Reports to and advises the Operations Manager on all financial, operational, safety, and personnel matters.
  • Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve regional business goals and growth targets.
  • Markets Owen Oil Tool's products and services by maintaining current client relationships and cultivating new business opportunities within the region.
  • Prepares, presents, and manages the annual budget for the designated region.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies, particularly those related to safety, hazardous materials handling, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee warehouse operations in the region, ensuring facilities meet company standards for safety, quality control, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensures District Managers are executing employee training programs, including technical, safety, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Conducts regular performance evaluations of District Managers; provides coaching, mentorship, and corrective actions as needed.
  • Reviews and analyzes operational reports to identify trends, resolve problems, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Coordinates with corporate departments (HR, Safety, Compliance, Finance) to implement programs and initiatives at the regional level.
  • Leads the introduction of new products, implementation of new technologies, operational systems, and process improvements within the region.
  • Responds to and investigates major incidents or emergencies in the region and ensures root cause analysis and preventive measures are completed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors' degree in petroleum or petrochemical related field required.
  • Minimum of 10 years' management experience
  • At least 7 years of direct experience in the Oil and Gas industry required.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite or related software required.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a good driving record required.
