Regional Manager of Clinical Services
Position SummaryThe Regional Clinical Services Manager serves as the clinical leader for the region, responsible for the successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of healthcare technology solutions. In partnership with customers and cross-functional teams, this role advances clinical excellence, workflow optimization, customer success, and the effective utilization of Beacon technology solutions. The manager leads and develops regional Clinical Services team members, overseeing project delivery, team performance, onboarding, professional development, customer health initiatives, service escalations, and change management activities. This role also supports clinical pre-sales efforts by providing consultative expertise and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to align solutions with customer clinical, operational, and business objectives. Additionally, the manager supports clinical rounding and customer engagement initiatives as directed by the Director of Clinical Services. Success in this role requires strong leadership and talent development capabilities, deep clinical and technical expertise, project management acumen, consultative problem-solving skills, effective communication and presentation abilities, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships while delivering measurable customer and business outcomes. The salary range for this role is between $85,000.00 - $92,000.00, commensurate on relevant education, related experience, and other job-related factors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership for regional workforce planning and talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, resource and expense management, performance management, employee development, corrective action, and personnel decisions, in alignment with the Director of Clinical Services.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing team members to support growth and performance

- Oversee clinical project assignment, execution, resource planning, milestone achievement, budgeted hour utilization, and team performance to drive successful customer and business outcomes.
- Support succession planning and talent development to ensure organizational readiness and growth.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training initiatives to enhance clinical, technical, and consultative competencies
- Evaluate quarterly customer health reviews to ensure successful solution adoption, customer satisfaction, identification of optimization and expansion opportunities
- Oversee service tickets and change request activity to ensure timely assignment, proactive customer communication, cross-functional collaboration, and successful resolution
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to advance clinical excellence, solution implementation, assist with clinical design consultations, and operational performance.
- Monitor customer health initiatives, system utilization, technology gaps, and satisfaction to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Manage local service and change management activities to ensure timely resolution and effective communication.
- Support clinical pre-sales efforts by collaborating with the Clinical Services Informaticist to review workflow assessments and solution recommendations, provide consultative expertise, and participate in demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Lead clinical rounding and customer leadership debriefs, in partnership with the Clinical Services Informaticist and as directed by the Director of Clinical Services, to evaluate technology utilization, identify workflow and technology gaps, and recommend optimization and solution enhancement opportunities that improve customer outcomes. Communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to the Director of Clinical Services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align solutions and strategy with customer clinical, operational, and business objectives.
- Establish and promote best practices that enhance service delivery, customer experience, and team effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support overall organizational goals and business performance.
- Partner with national operations, product, and leadership teams to align regional efforts with national strategic priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous development and standardization of Clinical Services processes, workflows, and tools for both internal and external stakeholders
- Travel as needed to support customer engagements, staffing requirements, clinical site assessments, pre-sales activities, clinical rounding, and other initiatives as directed by the Director of Clinical Services
- Possess the ability to step into the Clinical Services Consultant and Senior Clinical Services Consultant role as needed.
QualificationsRequired:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in an acute care healthcare setting
Preferred:
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree
- Experience in education, training, or instructional delivery
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or consulting role
- Relevant clinical licensure or Lean certification

Work Environment & Travel:- The work environment includes office, home office, job sites, hospital settings, and virtual meetings, with an emphasis on in-person engagement with customers
- 30-40% travel required
- Must have reliable transportation
Physical Requirements (if applicable):- Ability to perform physical activities including prolonged sitting, standing, bending, and repetitive hand use
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. occasionally
- Must meet and maintain all customer onsite requirements, including background checks, drug and alcohol screenings, required vaccinations, and health screenings
- Maintain a clear drug and alcohol screening protocol.
