Regional Marketing & Communications Manager

The Regional Marketing and Communications Manager leads and executes marketing and communications efforts that support growth, access, reputation, and alignment with system priorities. This role serves as the primary regional point of contact and subject matter expert for marketing and communications, translating enterprise strategy into effective regional plans and initiatives that meet the needs of assigned regions and communities.

In this role, you will partner closely with leadership and collaborate with corporate marketing and communications teams to execute and optimize integrated marketing and communications efforts. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and hands on execution across channels to support service lines, facilities, and regional priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Lead regional marketing and communications planning and execution aligned with system strategy, growth priorities, and brand standards.
  • Partner with regional leadership to shape and execute marketing and communications initiatives informed by local audiences and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with system marketing, communications, digital, and creative teams, as well as external vendors, to deliver multi channel initiatives on time and within budget.

Communications, Media, and Engagement
  • Serve as the regional lead for communications, including internal communications, media relations, social channel oversight, and engagement activities.
  • Support issue management and crisis communications, including serving as PIO as needed, in coordination with corporate communications, legal, risk, and compliance partners.
  • Execute community engagement activities, including events, sponsorship activation, and outreach efforts.

Content and Messaging
  • Oversee development of regional marketing and communications content, including digital and social content, print materials, presentations, and event-related collateral.
  • Adapt system messaging for regional use, ensuring content is accurate, audience-appropriate, and aligned with brand and communication standards.

Leadership, Operations, and Performance
  • Provide day to day leadership and oversight for assigned regional marketing and communications staff, as applicable.
  • Support team effectiveness through clear priorities, workload coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Track performance using established metrics and share insights to inform decisions and optimize future efforts.
