Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Regional Manager in multifamily property management.
• Track record of managing multiple communities with high-performing teams.
• Strong skills in financial management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability in driving occupancy and resident retention.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in problem identification and solution execution.
• Familiarity with property management software like Yardi is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly for property oversight.
• Industry certifications such as CAM or CPM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities.
• Coach and mentor Community Managers and their teams.
• Enhance occupancy rates, collections, and resident satisfaction.
• Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to increase net operating income and improve operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and fair housing laws.
• Conduct property inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Support human resources functions like hiring and training.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
