Summary
The Crew2 Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives for Installation teams and Production Managers. This role develops, trains, and supports managers while conducting regular performance appraisals. The Regional Manager also implements business, marketing, and advertising plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across the assigned region.
Essential Functions
Operational & Financial Leadership
Direct and oversee daily operations of assigned product lines.
Manage budgets and exceed Profit and Loss (P&L) targets.
Improve Net Operating Income (NOI) and Gross Margins across assigned regions.
Develop and deliver business plans aligned to organizational objectives.
Develop an accountability model focused on key business measures of success, including Top Line Revenue, Bottom Line Profit, Cash Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Satisfaction.
Installation & Capacity Management
Develop a world-class installation team including direct labor, subcontractors, and vendor partners.
Ensure acceptable installation capacity by recruiting and onboarding subcontractors.
Accountable for overseeing recruitment, hiring, and training of Production Managers.
Sales Growth & Customer Partnerships
Develop key relationships and business strategies with retailers and consumers.
Grow revenue and build the customer base across assigned regions.
Exceed The Home Depot Voice of the Customer targets.
Partner with the Commercial Department to grow The Home Depot PAR business.
Increase The Home Depot business by exploring new product lines.
Compliance & Governance
Collaboration & Leadership
Participate in appropriate meetings and calls with the COO, peers, and leadership.
Develop, train, and support managers, including conducting regular performance appraisals.

Proven history as a team leader.
Successful history in managing branch operations.
Knowledge of the construction industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates, and co-workers.
Ability to proactively identify, analyze, address, and resolve problem areas, conflicts, and issues.
Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; supports and explains reasoning for decisions; includes appropriate people in the decision-making process; and makes timely decisions.
Strong organizational skills to ensure adequate tracking systems are utilized to maintain and track all required information associated with ordering and production processes.
Working knowledge of internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheet, word processing, and order processing systems.
