Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of a team of Clinical Educators
  • Demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment in operational and compliance matters
  • Ensure all program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met within the region
  • Assess regional performance using quantitative and qualitative data
  • Support execution of all contractual program requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of program technologies, including CRM systems
  • Prepare and validate regional reports and communications prior to distribution
  • Conduct regular field visits and provide documented coaching
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and development to direct reports
  • Communicate program updates and organizational initiatives effectively
  • Ensure team members have necessary tools and resources
  • Partner with leadership to support client and internal meetings
  • Monitor roster changes and operational adjustments
  • Support leadership coverage during absences
  • Utilize data to guide decision-making and control costs
  • Travel within assigned region as needed

Full Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead and manage a designated team of field-based Clinical Educators supporting Healthcare Professionals within a specialized disease state. This leadership role is responsible for operational execution, performance management, compliance oversight, and ensuring key performance indicators are achieved across the assigned region.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a designated team of Clinical Educators


  • Demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment across operational, compliance, and people leadership responsibilities


  • Ensure all program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded within assigned region


  • Provide ongoing assessment of regional performance utilizing quantitative and qualitative data


  • Support operational execution of all contractual program requirements


  • Maintain working knowledge of program technologies including CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools


  • Prepare, review, and validate regional reports, spreadsheets, and communications prior to distribution


  • Conduct regular field visits with Clinical Educators, including documented coaching and Field Coaching Reports


  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development to direct reports


  • Communicate program updates, enhancements, and organizational initiatives clearly and effectively


  • Ensure direct reports are equipped with appropriate tools, technology, and resources


  • Partner with leadership to support client and internal meetings, offering solutions and insights


  • Monitor roster changes including launches, realignments, territory changes, and other operational adjustments


  • Support leadership coverage as needed during planned or unplanned absences


  • Utilize financial and operational data to guide decision-making and control costs


  • Travel within assigned region as required


  • Perform other duties as requested

The base pay range for this position is $105K - $195K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
