Regional Manager:

In Charge Electrical Services is seeking a Regional Manager for the Eastern Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple branch locations, team satisfaction, quality assurance and asset protection while managing costs within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations within region including
    • Service & maintenance
    • Inside sales
    • Transportation & logistics
    • P&L
  • Build, lead and empower a team of Branch Managers
  • Make quick and effective decisions
  • Deliver industry best service
  • Create team synergy
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the region's performance and operations
  • Mentor and develops team members for future roles within the company Responsible for hiring, training, and performance of management team


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience managing business operations and supervising a team
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills\
  • Exhibit high levels of organization, professionalism and team leadership
  • Proven ability to maintain a thriving customer base
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, and NetSuite)

  • Electrical Journeyman or Wireman's license
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction. Electrical construction preferred.
