As our Regional Manager, you'll oversee multiple dental clinics across Toronto, partnering with Practice Managers and clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences, strong operational performance, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
  • Provide operational leadership and support across multiple clinic locations.
  • Partner with Practice Managers to drive performance, efficiency, and exceptional patient care.
  • Conduct regular site visits, monitor clinic performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-focused culture throughout the region.
Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and support Practice Managers and clinic teams.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support employee development initiatives.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build high-performing teams.
  • Promote collaboration, engagement, and professional growth across all locations.
Strategic Growth
  • Support the execution of regional growth initiatives and operational strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient retention, team engagement, and clinic performance.
  • Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining a best-in-class patient experience.
  • Partner with senior leadership on expansion and business development opportunities.
Financial Management
  • Monitor clinic budgets and key performance indicators.
  • Review and analyze Profit & Loss statements to ensure clinics achieve financial objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure all clinics operate in compliance with regulatory, legal, and health & safety requirements.
  • Proactively identify operational risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, quality assurance, and patient care.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of dental management experience, preferably overseeing multiple locations.
  • Proven leadership experience within a dental or healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of dental practice operations, patient flow, scheduling, treatment planning, and insurance processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, KPIs, and Profit & Loss statements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with dental practice management software is considered an asset.
  • Ability to travel regularly between clinic locations within Toronto and the GTA.
